BPS Module:

The SAP module named Budget Planning Systems (BPS) is used to prepare the annual budget and multi-year plans at Duke. BPS is stored in the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and the master data is updated nightly from SAP R/3. The BPS tool is delivered via the web through the same SAP portal as iForms (another SAP module used to manage positions, process HR and Payroll forms, etc.). This provides a similar look and feel for BPS as for the iForms tool.
